A Disconnected Interlace (2006-2016)
As people we all change, professionally, personally and in very way possible. We grow, we evolve and we learn and through all of this, your work reflects the person you have grown into. This collection is almost like a reflection of what I was as a student and what I have become today, a decade later. Each of these paintings is an echo of what I was like then. When you connect the paintings, they become an abstract connotation of what I am – they are linked only through my ever evolving understanding of art, through my developing philosophy and through my learning that everything is interlaced, in a world disconnected.
